Confined space entry

Mercia Drain have experienced engineers who are trained to carry out confined space entry into a variety of drainage systems to enable maintenance and repair works to be carried out. These include:

• Foul and storm water drainage systems
• Septic tanks
• Sewage pumping stations
• Valve chambers

Along with trained engineers we can provide gas detection equipment, escape breathing apparatus as well as winches and harness for a safe manned entry.
